Return Policy
WE offer our customers return service. If for any reason you are not happy
with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Please follow these
procedures.
1. E-Mail us with your invoice number or package reference number located
on your UPS label , name, and clearly state that you wish to return your
merchandise. This must be done within 5 days of receipt of your
merchandise. Return request received by us after 5 days from the date
customers received merchandise will not be processed.
2. Repack your merchandise in the original packaging ( in order for returns
to be validated merchandise must be repacked in its original packaging ) All
merchandise must be returned in its original factory condition including all
packaging materials , inserts, hardware packs and manuals. A Customer
service representative will contact you via e-mail in order to provide you with
a pick up date and any further info required.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will issue credit for
the original purchase amount. Minus a return freight charge.
